As the impact of the Covid crisis on the travel industry is resolving, AMI is uniquely positioned to drive expanded value for our customers by combining our brokerage and co-packing competencies; delivering turnkey product solutions and program management offerings.
At AMI we regard our greatest strength to be our people, and during the last 12 months we have added several new team members we are glad to now announce:
Chelsey Poole, Product Manager. A CIA trained chef, Chelsey has 18 years experience in restaurants and as a culinary instructor. Chelsey works to source trending brands and products while engaging with our suppliers for new product development.
Nicolette Dublin-Howard, Senior Manager, Production and Inventory. An industry veteran with 25 years at an airline, Nicolette supports our co-packing operations.
Anna Gowin joined AMI in our Dublin office for Customer Service Europe & Middle East.
Craig Smith joined our Santa Monica office in January. With extensive experience in Customer Service, Craig is a great addition to the Operations team.
John Alvarez, Analyst Sales Support & Planning. Based in our Atlanta office, John is supporting the sales team as we work to respond to the changes and opportunities in our evolving industry.
Joanna Pruett joined AMI Wines as Senior Manager Sourcing & Sales Support. Joanna owned her own event planning business then moved into the world of wine & spirit wholesale. She most recently worked for Atlanta based wholesaler Savannah Distributing as National Key Accounts Manager.
Genesis Martinez joined AMI Duty Free as our new Caribbean Sales Manager based in Miami. She is in charge of developing our sales in this market as well as handling our distributor network in the region.
Sonal Singh, Senior Manager, Quality Assurance & Food Safety. With over 15 years of experience in the food industry, Sonal has worked in a variety of manufacturing facilities and spent years performing third party audits for large national retail and foodservice outlets. Sonal will build AMI’s Quality program while her primary focus is to support and enhance the airline programs, working with our suppliers to facilitate timely and accurate information required.
Carrie Schelhaas, Purchase Order Coordinator, joined our beverage management program team in Atlanta.
These additions will allow us to continue to provide the service level that we have always strived for despite the continuing challenge of the supply chain.
